Influx of Client Partnerships Results in Promotions and New-Hires
ATLANTA (December 2007) – Shannon K. Benton was recently promoted to Senior Account Executive for the Kleber & Associates’ (K&A) PR department. Benton formerly held the position of Public Relations Account Executive. K&A is a full-service Atlanta-based integrated marketing agency, specializing in the home and building channels. Monica Cubbage, previously K&A PR Account Coordinator was promoted to PR Assistant Account Executive and Lyndsey Forster joined the agency in August to fill a second PR Assistant Account Executive role.
“Although industry analysts persistently report a severe housing recession and its subsequent effect on all involved, our business continues to prosper,” says Steve Kleber, president and founder of K&A. “Additional client partnerships pave the way for ongoing employee career growth, as well as allowing us to expand our talented team to ensure client expectations are not only met, but exceeded.”
An undergraduate at Auburn University and earning a Master’s degree from the University of Georgia in 2005, Benton has been with the agency for almost three years. Working with clients such as VitrA USA, MonierLifetile, the SEN Design Group, Craft-Art Wood Countertops and Gerber Plumbing Fixtures, she has mastered the ins-and-outs of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns. Her latest role as Senior PR Account Executive involves further supervisory and management activities including overseeing work for agency PR clients. Benton also heads up the agency’s internal best practices effort and is a member of the new business team.

Cubbage, now serving as the agency’s PR Assistant Account Executive, handles three client accounts: Diva de Provence, Cifial USA, and the K&A Brand account. A graduate of Georgia State University, Cubbage has been with K&A for a year and a half. Forster, the agency’s newly-appointed Assistant PR Account Executive, works on public relations for Eternal® by Grand Hall, MonierLifetile and Gerber Plumbing Fixtures.
